
This cube supports up to 12 players draft, or 6 players scealed with 36 boosters of 14 cards each. Most leaders are easy to build around or offer easy enough support (Hera players will find many spectre cards to draft) The cube does not include any "complex" card that might require advanced rulings, and these abilities are completely absent from the cube: smuggle, bounty, plot, exploit, force token, It does include some advanced mechanics such as pilots, disclose and coordinate, but does not focus on them too much.
This cube is intended to be used with beginners. Most of the cards are pretty straightforward, and most complex mechanics are not included.
There are enough cards for 36 booster packs including 1 leader + 14 other cards. Each booster is guaranteed to have at least 1 card of each of the Vigilance, Command, Aggression and Cunning aspects (each of these four cards being either Villainy, Heroism, or none of those). A fifth slot is reserved for special cards, which includes each of the 8 bases of the cube, and the 18 multi-aspect cards (mixing two of Vigilance, Command, Aggression and Cunning, and maybe one of Villainy and Heroism) 26 of the boosters have such a special card slot and 9 normal slots, and the other 10 boosters have 10 normal card slots, where the rest of the cards can be found.
(To prepare the cube, shuffle the 26 special cards together in pile A. Then shuffle each of the four big aspect piles and take 36 cards out of each and have them form piles B, C, D and E. Shuffle the rest in a big pile F with the neutral and pure Villainy and Heroism cards. Take 10 cards from pile F and add them to pile A. Piles A to E should have 36 cards each. Prepare each of the 36 boosters by taking 1 card from each of piles A to E and 9 cards from pile F.)
