Design Goals
This is a cube based around Bounty Hunters and all their mechanics. To finish filling out the list are Underworld cards to help enable that. A small inclusion of Droids, Creatures, and Fringe help glue everything together.
There is a imbalance in Cunning over the other three colors and the Heroic and Villainous split is 2/3 to 1/3.
Each player gets 3x 14 card packs that each inclue Leader for the 15th card.
This totals to a 364 cards cube which leaves 2 extra packs for varience.
