There are many combo pieces in the cube that interact with the duplicated leaders (Luke, Vader, Boba, Hera). Also, every pack contains two rares (but no legendaries). Both of these together means it is sometimes important to hate-draft cards, sometimes even with your very first pick, to avoid others from having these potent combinations. All players have the option of a 30 health base or a 27 health splash base (from LAW) so there's no need to commit to a particular pair of colours early on, but those that don't need the splash ability will instead have three extra health to work with.
